Allmetrics, an internal reporting tool

Last updated: 25 September 2026

1. Who we are

Allmetrics is an internal reporting tool operated by [Company legal name], [Country] ("we", "us"), available at https://allmetrics.integratedcmo.com.

2. Who may use it

  • Allmetrics is used only by our own staff to review the advertising and sales performance of the accounts we manage for our clients.
  • It is not sold, licensed or offered to the public, and there is no public sign-up.
  • Access requires credentials we issue. Anyone without them may not use the service.

3. Client authorization

  • We connect to a platform, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok, Hotmart or Kiwify, only after the owner of the account, or a person they authorize, grants us access through that platform's own authorization screen or keys.
  • A client may withdraw that access at any time in the platform's settings, or ask us to disconnect it.

4. What the service does

  • It reads advertising performance data, such as spend, impressions, clicks and conversions, the names of campaigns, ad groups and ads, and sales data from the connected sales platforms.
  • It turns that data into reports for our staff and for the client who owns the account.
  • It is read-only toward advertising platforms: it does not create, edit, pause or delete ads, campaigns, audiences, budgets or creatives.

5. Reports shared with clients

We may share read-only reports with a client, as a private link or a WhatsApp message. A report contains only that client's own data, and no client can see another client's data.

6. Third-party platforms

Data comes from third-party platforms, including Google, TikTok, Meta (through Reportei), Hotmart and Kiwify. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of the data they provide.

7. Acceptable use

Authorized users may not:

  • share their credentials;
  • try to reach accounts or data they are not authorized for;
  • use the service for anything other than reviewing the performance of accounts we manage.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", for internal reporting. Figures can differ from a platform's own interface because of time zones, attribution settings or data delays. The platform's own reporting remains the reference.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

10. Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Country].
